Meet Rob & Lynn Robinson

Rob and Lynn Robinson are a husband-and-wife team with a passion for home inspection. With over 70 years of combined experience in management and customer service, they bring a wealth of knowledge in property management, building maintenance, and general contracting. Their background includes more than 15 years in construction and landscaping, along with extensive experience in home building, remodeling, and rental property ownership. Before starting their home inspection business, Rob and Lynn successfully ran four other businesses and worked as general contractors. Their hands-on experience in the housing industry has given them a deep understanding of home construction and maintenance, allowing them to provide thorough and reliable inspections. Over the years, they have expanded their business to serve multiple locations with a growing team of skilled inspectors.

Certifications & Memberships

Rob Robinson, NHIE Certified, ASHI ASI, ASHI Board of Director (2024-2026), KS Radon (KS-MS-0203), AHIT Certified

Rob has successfully passed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and is an ASHI ASI member. He currently serves on the ASHI Board of Directors for 2024-2026. His qualifications also include Kansas Radon certification (KS-MS-0203) and certification through the American Home Inspector’s Training Institute (AHIT).

Lynn Robinson, CRMI, AHIT Certified

Lynn holds a Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) certification and has completed her training through AHIT.

Rob and Lynn are also active members of professional organizations, including AHIT, PMII, SLRA, IAEI, and WARR, demonstrating their commitment to staying current with industry standards.

Rob and Lynn are highly trained professionals who completed their Home Inspection Certification through the American Home Inspector’s Training Institute (AHIT). They hold multiple industry certifications, including:
