the two folks who came out were nice. one was informative while the other did some of the other pieces of the inspection. their report was full of well labeled pictures with pointers to what was being referenced. There's always going to be small things missed, but I felt that not finding quite a bit of rodent droppings throughout the kitchen cabinets and kitchen sink plumbing being held by a zip tie probably should have been noteworthy and pretty easy to have spotted had those locations then reviewed. $865 for a 3000 plus square foot house to have general inspection, termite inspection, radon, sewer line.
