Experienced, polite, caring, knowledgeable. I recommend.

Recently got a home inspection completed through ATM and both Rob and Lynn were very thorough and willing to take the time to explain things to a first time home buyer. They were professional and took their time to answer my questions as well as explain things in an uncomplicated manner about what was going on in the house. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking around for a home inspection as the overall experience was very positive and informative.

I highly recommend ATM to anybody who needs a home inspection. Rob and Lynn encouraged us to accompany them through every step of the inspection, they explained everything they were doing and all their findings, and educated us on how to properly maintain the home in the future. They are honest, fair, and easy to communicate with.

I requested an home inspection before I buy a home. I'm so glad I chose this company. The husband and wife were very sweet, professional, knowledgeable. They made sure I understand everything during the inspection. It was like working with my favorite aunt and uncle. The also made my entire family feel comfortable throughout the process.

the two folks who came out were nice. one was informative while the other did some of the other pieces of the inspection. their report was full of well labeled pictures with pointers to what was being referenced. There's always going to be small things missed, but I felt that not finding quite a bit of rodent droppings throughout the kitchen cabinets and kitchen sink plumbing being held by a zip tie probably should have been noteworthy and pretty easy to have spotted had those locations then reviewed. $865 for a 3000 plus square foot house to have general inspection, termite inspection, radon, sewer line.

I highly recommend Rob and Lynn. This is my third time to do a home inspection and by far the best experience. I learned so much by attending the inspection. I appreciate their honest and unbiased observations. I never felt pressured. Nor did I feel like a bother for asking a TON of questions. This team is a great gift for the home buying process!

Excellent service, both Lynn and Rob were friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything that we had no knowledge on and concerns when inspecting the home we were looking to purchase. Their reports also provided all the information that we needed to make repairs as needed to the home later down the line. Would highly recommend their services!!!

Rob and Lynn are a delight to work with. They are extremely thorough, they give great explanations, and they're incredibly knowledgeable. It was our first time buying a home and they walked us through the ups and downs of maintenance as well. The whole process was a breeze. I can't recommend them enough!
